Preservation Hall Return and Exchange Policy


 


Oops! I ordered the wrong size. 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can make the switch for you.
Email shop@preservationhall.com ASAP with your order number and desired style/size.  We’ll be in touch. 

 

I would like to exchange for a different size.


Unfortunately, we do not offerer exchanges. If you would like a different size after receiving your order, please follow the refund instructions below, return your item, and make a new purchase in a more preferred size at your leisure.

 

I would like a refund.

If you are not happy with your order and if the shirt is not washed, worn or has non-factory defects or damages, we will offer you a refund within 60 days of your order ship date.  

Items listed as final sale are not eligible for a refund.  Please be careful when opening up your package with a knife or scissors! 

Please email us with your store name, order number and a brief description or picture to begin this process. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment.

Once received, we’ll issue you a refund, minus shipping costs.  

In the meantime, please purchase the desired product and we’ll get it out to you ASAP. 

 

Help! My order is lost in the mail.

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you by email and arrange for redelivery. 

If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please email us so we can check. We have no way of speeding up delivery, but we may be able to provide some insight based on the tracking information.

 

What’s taking so long for my order to arrive? 

Once a shipment is picked up, we have no control over its journey. 

For domestic orders using USPS First Class, please allow 5-10 business days for your package to be delivered. 

For domestic orders using Priority Shipping (this is not expedited shipping), please allow 2-3 business days for your package to be delivered. 

For international orders using FedEx International (this is not expedited shipping), please allow 3-10 business days for your package to be delivered. 

 

What’s a Pre-Order? 

Pre-Orders allow you to reserve a new product that has not yet been produced. It may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment of your pre-ordered items. 

If you purchase other items in addition to the pre-ordered product, your complete order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready.
